ARCHIVO LAB is a visual arts laboratory at the intersection of photography and other lens based media, articulating theory, criticism and creative practice. It is an experimental laboratory connected to the Archivo Research Network, and dedicated to practice-led research.

 

Within the Archivo LAB, artists and practitioners engage in a series of meetings with experts in visual culture and contemporary art, through seminars and group discussions focused on the LAB's theme. The outcome of this experimental laboratory is presented in public events organised by Archivo and featured in an edited volume of the LAB Editorial Collection, published by Archivo Press.
