Jane has taught across photography and film studies at Macquarie University since 2010. She has been a Visiting Scholar in the School of Art History at the University of St Andrews, a Visiting Fellow at the Institute of Comparative Culture at Sophia University in Tokyo and a Visiting Leverhulme Trust Research Fellow in the European Centre for Photographic Research at the University of Wales.
